Selman, Sylvia and their team undertook a kitchen renovation for us earlier this year. They removed the internal load bearing wall, re-routed all required services and installed new where requested, blocked up a number of window & door opens (matching the brickwork to existing), created a bigger opening and installed Bi-fold Doors as well as boarding and re-plastering the kitchen, hallway, landing and stairs. They also complete the second fix after the kitchen and painting had been completed. Selman was fantastic with us helping us make decisions as well as being accommodating with changes that we made along the way. They also were able to provide the building control and structural calculation service which made our lives much easier. All of his team were highly professional and courteous as they were working in the house while we lived there with our two cats. The end result was fantastic and we couldn't be happier with our new kitchen space. From surveying the job and providing a quote and throughout the entire works, Selman was very professional. He communicated at all stages of the conversion, explaining everything before it happened and kept us updated on progress. He and his team arrived on time every time, often putting in long shifts and working weekends to make sure work was complete to keep the job moving forward. Selman and his team completed the remodelling of our kitchen this autumn. He gave us a date he would start and an eta for finishing which he stuck to. From start to finish Selman kept us up to date with what would happen when, was extremely courteous, polite and tidy and managed a large team of tradesmen very effectively. There was minor snagging but this was to be expected and was dealt with really well and the team managed issues caused by the kitchen supplier well too. We are really happy with our new kitchen and haven’t hesitated to recommend him to others.

We wanted the wall removed between our kitchen and dining room. JLR construction removed the wall and fitted the RSJ. They were great throughout the whole process. I would recommend to friends and family.
